Support Terry's Sports Page for the 2009-2010 School year The main purpose of Terry's Sports Page is to provide scholarships to the students of Region I Class AA. The secondary purpose is to provide information to all of the folks who are interested in Region I Class AA athletics. My goal for the 2009-2010 school year is at a minimum to raise $2000 to be able to provide 4 students with $500 scholarships at the end of the school year. The sponsorship deadline for providing these scholarships is December 31, 2009. $876 was raised in 2006, $1210 was raised in 2007 and $980 was raised in 2008 so I feel compelled to change the format of the web page for the 2009-2010 school year to facilitate getting the kid's scholarship money: With $500 dollars in sponsorships the web page will cover the following sports:

All of the Sponsorships are reasonably priced; an individual sponsorship is only $10 for the school year. All of the money will go toward student/athlete scholarships. SPONSORS NEEDED FOR 2009-2010 SCHOOL YEAR I appreciate the Terry’s Sports Page Sponsors for the 2008-2009 school year. Thanks to their generosity Terry's Sports Page was able to give $500 scholarships to Victoria Marquez (Reagan County) and Steven Hobratschk (Littlefield). There were 72 applications for the scholarships; 38 girl's and 34 boy's put in applications for the 2 scholarships. I read each and every application sent before it was forwarded on to the folks that were evaluating them. I am happy someone else was evaluating because it would have been a very tough decision as there were many deserving applicants. I am once again soliciting Sponsorships for the 2009-2010 School year. Prices for Ads are:
Sponsorships will enable TSP to reward scholarships for deserving students that the web page covers. The maximum Individual scholarship awarded will be $500 and the number of scholarships will be determined by the number of Sponsors the page has by December 31, 2009. Two instructors not affilitated with Region I Class AA will determine the best candidates for the scholarships by the student's applications. At a minimum scholarship money will be split between a female athlete and a male athlete. If more than 2 scholarships are rewarded those will be determined by the best candidates from the remaining applicants, regardless of gender. Thank you for considering this request for your support.
